In the capacity of the President of the International Conference on " RESEARCH AND EDUCATION - CHALLENGES TOWARD FUTURE " (ICRAE 2013)and in the same time Rector of Shkodra University " it is my great pleasure to invite scholars, researchers, Ph.D Candidate and graduate students to participate to this Interdisciplinary Conference by representing their scientific work.
The previous year was year of the 100th anniversary of Albania's Independence and the 55th anniversary of our University. It was a year of results, cooperation and challenges. These achievements gave us the strength and ability to design an even more cooperative activity. One of them is this interdisciplinary conference. The University of Shkodra is one of the oldest Universities of Albania which was established as a Higher Pedagogical Institute in 1957. It changed its status to University in 1991. This conference is being organised by one of the most consolidated Faculties of our University (Faculty of Educational Sciences). Shkodra is seething with artistic and academic activities during May and it is worth a visit to natural and cultural places during this period.
Visiting Shkodra during this period would be an unforgettable experience for you.
